Our
Lord gave Marie-Julie Jahenny a simple remedy that would help the
faithful regain peace of mind during the frightening times leading up to
and during the chastisements, especially in times or threats of war:
Our Lord, "To dispel all fears and fright, you must touch to your forehead an image OR the sweet medal of Mary Immaculate (i.e. the Miraculous Medal). Your minds will remain calm. Your minds will not fear the approach of the terror of men. They will not resist the effects of My great Justice."
Make sure you have images of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and Miraculous Medals. (Of course, you know this already, but make sure they have been blessed by a priest!)

Also, as another remedy, try saying the prayer revealed to Marie-Julie while holding your cross or a crucifix, even the one on the end of your Rosary:
"I hail thee, I adore thee, I embrace thee, O adorable Cross of my Saviour!
Protect us, guard us, save us.
Jesus loved thee so much, following His example, I love you.
By your holy image calm our fears.
That I feel only peace and trust!"
