A continuation of various texts with prophecies regarding the future Sanctuary of the Cross that will be built in La Fraudais on the site of Marie-Julie Jahenny's cottage and the Mission of the Cross.
The 'Friends of Marie-Julie Assocation' also offer several observations and explanations with the texts. (My own notes will be marked 'Observations').

The first prophecy of the Shrine of the Cross was made on March 15, 1873, the same day
when the Blessed Virgin announced to Marie-Julie she would receive the five wounds for the first time. That day, the Mother of God foretold the same time to the young girl her mission would have a lifetime of suffering for the conversion of sinners. Then Our Lady added:
“The cross on which you will be crucified, it is this that will be represented in your house when you are no more. (i.e., when she has passed away.)”
And she was granted the charter of foundation of La Fraudais: the future reserved for this humble hamlet was unveiled. But since then how many other prophecies came forward to tell the detailed history of the Sanctuary.
On May 1, 1877, Our Lord said to Marie-Julie:
“I come with the Cross, it is in this little house that will be established this new devotion. When I made you this promise, it was already in March, four years ago.”
The hamlet of La Fraudais was often referred to as being the place of the future sanctuary.
Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “O My spouse, when you are no longer, I will leave great graces at La Fraudais. It will be a blessed land. Shortly, I will do great things. The Cross will be here after your death; there will come from afar holy souls to visit this place. Here there will be elevated a large sanctuary to the Cross and Immaculate Mary Immaculate. This place will be venerated by all Bishop(s) (who) establish the Work of the Cross, the mission for sinners. The blessings of Heaven will fall on this little piece of land that I have blessed. I will build a Sanctuary of the Cross in solitude among the trees. O My spouse, thou shalt be My glory and this place will be blessed by My Sacred Heart.”
All these prophecies are recorded in the journal of La Fraudais and there are many others. Several times the Blessed Virgin talked to Marie-Julie of the future sanctuary and told her the vast concourse of pilgrims that will come there.
The basilica of the sanctuary may contain 1,400 people. The door will face the West. The high cross inside the building will be the true picture of the white cross on which was supported by the Mother of God at her first apparition. The altar with its tabernacle will be where the cell of Marie-Julie was. The seer gave many more details on the sanctuary and ornaments, she spoke of fourteen crosses planted on the road that leads to La Fraudais, a royal and sorrowful road by which the future pilgrims move towards the blessed Sanctuary. The cottage of Jahenny must disappear to make way for the basilica, they will build a house two hundred feet further up, near the town of Blain. The hamlet of La Fraudais will be transformed: the missionaries, virgins consecrated to the Lord will settle, the Sanctuary will rise with astonishing rapidity. The Bishop will have to monitor the work and give thanks. Noble personages, drawn by the love of the Cross will make wonderful gifts. The mission of the Cross will be started when the stormy days will groan. The stigmatist of La Fraudais has often said that the great events will not begin until after her death.
Her prophecies also foretold changes that would be made to the town, apparently, to prepare the way for future pilgrims.
“I will make you a great road where you will pass freely,” said Our Lord in 1875; a prophecy repeated several times by Marie-Julie. Then, fourteen years later, a beautiful road connecting the village with two lanes and the departmentals of Nozay and Gâvre was constructed; the old road was impassable in bad weather. Then since that the month of August 1901, a railroad was constructed, connecting the unknown hamlet with the city of Nantes.
The Sanctuary must also have its miraculous fountain, repeatedly predicted by Our Lord and the Blessed Virgin. One day during her Stations of the Cross, the visionary kissed the floor of her cell, indicating where the spring was later to run.
All of these prophecies in the Sanctuary of the cross confirm what our Lord said to Marie-Julie,
October 27, 1877: “Blessed Margaret Mary was chosen to publish the glory of My Sacred Heart and you, to publish the glory of My Cross.”

A witness account of other revelations (Witness not named):
“Four times I heard Marie-Julie prophesy of the sanctuary. On September 28, 1880, I attended the ecstasy said (by) St. Michael with Mr. Charbonnier and Mr. Dubois of the Patellière, the Mayor of Saint-Etienne de Montluc. The Great Archangel (i.e St, Michael) said among other things to the seer:
“Your friends will have a special protection because all, near and far, are expected to attend the beautiful planting of the cross. Here is my whole secret: This cross will be blessed in the parish church. Friends, your brothers, the focus of the church into this place on their shoulders, preceded by a number of famous people whose height and size do see that many come from the Eternal City. (Rome)”
Eleven years later, October 5, 1891, I heard St. Francis say to me from the mouth of the ecstatic:
“The cross descends for your own, dear brother. It has delighted his friends while waiting; and it comes to be planted in the poor hidden village. The Divine Calvary will rise in the plains to tell the world: All is finished.”
And Our Lord added:
“My beloved servant, I guard you to rejoice under the beautiful heaven of a resurrection rather than death. The departure of My beloved hurt by My spear, (i.e the death of Marie-Julie) will instead be a resurrection for all souls weakened for all hearts pierced by pain, anxiety and pain. My faithful servant, it is the resurrection of the Cross in battle, the resurrection of France so guilty, the resurrection of sinners and death to Hell and all his henchmen.”
On March 12, 1898 we are witnessing an ecstasy Abbot Coquet and me. We collected the following words which were addressed to him:
“My beloved priest victim, it is the great Cross destined to be raised over the Earth over the oppositions and humiliations. The Angels of Heaven, over the outstretched wings, bring it to the destined place. (Words) so often repeated by My holy lips. My beloved servant, rejoice for this new life, a holy chaste old age provided by the Immaculate Heart of My Holy Mother. Here it is this Cross in its noble adornment. It is the triumph of the just friends, supporters of its glory. It came to accomplish wonders (to those) who have been My loyal friends, but which casts into a consternation of death the enemies of our dear Tree of glory that comes to save the Earth in the midst of a deluge of terrible evils.”
In the same month, the feast of the Annunciation, it was said before me and three other friends of La Fraudais, the words of the Blessed Virgin:
“My children, do not grieve, do not despair, rather rejoice. You have suffered for the Work of the Cross pains and anguishing sorrows, you will be rewarded. The events on Earth are increasing every day, and every day the Cross of the powerful Archangel in Heaven descends; he descends with this dear Tree towards his beloved friends, towards the centre of the repose of the Cross, I mean, to the place where it will dominate in power and glory, attracting the just ones with abundance to its feet and the sinners and the multitudes on the Earth.”

A Gathering of Various texts on the Sanctuary and Marie-Julie's Mission of the Cross
Our Lord (May 28, 1879): “I have redeemed the world through My Cross and the Cross a second time will redeem the world. Already many victories have been won by the Cross. The one (I.e, the victory) that is prepared for the future, it will be one of the most beautiful in France.”
Our Lord to Marie-Julie Jahenny (July 29, 1875) “O My spouse, when you are no longer (i.e. on earth), I will leave great graces to La Fraudais. This place is a blessed land. So far, I have accorded graces, this is nothing. It will be especially in the last days that My Grace will be visible and they can say it is I who have led you.”
Marie-Julie (July 24, 1875): “Lord, bring graces in the Cross, come with the holy Pontiffs, the Confessors, the Virgins until the home of the Bishop of Nantes. Come to plant the cross in the middle of his diocese. It is the source of grace, happiness and comfort (an allusion to a secret). It will be of great importance, of great value for the sinner.”
The 'secret' here is refers to or address Father David concerning the sanctuary, which for him, was still a secret for him to keep. (OBSERVATION: Fr. David was Marie-Julie's spiritual director, and, the visions reveal he was a victim soul himself.)
The Blessed Virgin to Marie-Julie (August 14, 1875): “Oh, you to whom my Son gave the Cross, how you must be happy! The Cross is all for you on the Earth. One day, the Cross will be for you a great prize, it will remain here after your death. From far away will come holy souls to visit this place, where so many times, I descended to speak to your heart. There will be raised here a Sanctuary to the Cross and Mary Immaculate. This place will be venerated by all. I will heal the body and soul by living water. (I.e. the promise of a miraculous spring). Tell that to your father (i.e., confessor) with great humility, your Father will witness miraculous events. He has a mission to fulfil, it will not be more painful than it is today.”

Symbolic Crosses will be placed in the Sanctuary
(August 20, 1875) Marie-Julie recounts a vision: “At the end was a cross, I was very tired. Our Lord and Mary stopped there. They said:
“Look at this cross.”
Jesus said: “This is the cross that you saw in the first appearance of My Mother. Look at this cross, consider it further, do you recognize it?”
M.J: “Yes, my dear Spouse, Mary Immaculate is the one that showed it to me the first time.”
Our Lord: “It will be that represented here when it is to be reproduced.” (OBSERVATION: A cross representing the first time Our Lady appeared with the Cross to Marie-Julie will be made).
Our Lord, from the height of Heaven, wills that there be characters printed (on it) in black letters: '
'First appearance of Mary Immaculate to Marie-Julie.'
Marie-Julie (September 17, 1875): “Our Lord revealed to St. Francis the cross he has prepared for me:
'Here,' (Our Lord) said to St. Francis, 'the cross of your child on whom soon, I will raise close to My Divine Heart.'
Saint Francis said:
'Let me kiss the cross for further purification. This is the white cross which will soon repose in your cell where my passion renews itself. It will be made here, a chapel dedicated to the Passion of Our Lord and the Immaculate Virgin. It will be a sanctuary of worship and prayer. Yes, one day, the place where you are extended, will be a place of prayer. The source will flow to heal the sinner. It will be here that the poor sinner will wet his lips, the source of the fountain of grace, he feels his heart moved and the desire to return to grace! Here will be shed sweet tears for the conversion of sinners. Here, where your body has been extended, the Bishop will shed tears of sweetness. It will be at that time when the wicked will see my power, where I sanctified this place. This is where Mary Immaculate has so often fortified her child, because it is she who came first. Yes, my Blessed Mother will be honoured. She first began to speak to your heart, to delight your heart towards Heaven, she who taught you every day the gentle lessons of obedience, humility and purity. All parts of the world will be here: and thy Father which shall be the Superior, will have the double mission of leading, my Work for those who come; he will have the mission to open the fountain that will be the source of conversions, of sinners to fall upon his heart so compassionate, it will be a great mission. His first mission was very painful and difficult, but the other will be of consolation. For my Seraphic Father I reserve, on behalf of Our Lord, a wonderful grace before (you?) die, a radiant grace.'
“Ah!” Our Lord said, “if I open the treasure hidden until now and that I have not yet shown, you would die for love and happiness. Hurry quickly to confide all these things to your father (confessor) because I want this to be known.”
