#59 St. Joseph - WARNINGS: A GREAT APOSTASY - Strange Lighting ,Thunder, Plagues

ST. JOSPEH gives DIRE WARNINGS of a GREAT APOSTASY to Mare-Julie Jahenny- WOE TO APOSTATE PRIESTS! Prophecy of a POPE CAST ASIDE, (possibly, the "Angelic Pontiff", or the pope that rules before him.) The Church can only be cleased by many victims and martyrs. The "Triumph" will not happen until the bloodshed is complete.

(March 19, 1878)

“My children,” said Saint Joseph, “you have to trample underfoot apprehensions. You (should?) no longer tremble at the approach of the anger of the Lord. You must stay calm and never leave. It is a privilege granted to the children of Brittany. (I.e. a message to the faithful of Brittany in this paragraph: Brittany France shall be spared most of the chastisements, they are not to be afraid of the Lord's Anger, nor should they leave Brittany.)

Close to my Divine Son, I pleaded for the triumph of the Church, which is dear to me. I am also its protector.

I saw the tree of faith support three terrible struggles, but I have not seen any leaf wilting. (i.e the 'Tree of Faith' will not die despite these three unnamed great struggles it will suffer.)

I pleaded the cause of the church and I said: ´My Son, I wish that You give it the triumph, but without victims or bloodshed.´

I knew it would take a lot of suffering, A LOT OF TORTURE AND BLOOD TO SAVE THE  CHURCH DESECRATED AND DEFILED.

Then I pleaded for peace and tranquillity for the Holy Father. My Son said,

(Our Lord): ´The Holy Father will suffer torments that are beyond his powers. He will be discarded and thrust aside, pushed and shoved, like the sea when it braces.´”

Marie-Julie: “Saint Joseph, I do not know what you mean by the word: braces.”

“My child, it is when, in the storms, the clouds collide, driven by contrary winds. I asked the triumph of the Holy Father and My Son said:

(Our Lord to St. Jospeh): 'Father, WHEN THERE WERE ENOUGH VICTIMS AND BLOODSHED, that is when, as it is written, THE HOUR OF ITS TRIUMPH.' (I.e. there will need to be many victims / suffering souls in addition to martyrs to purify the Church before the Triumph.)

St. Jospeh: See, my child, HOW THE EVIL WILL BE GREAT. People will not comprehend before how they came. (I.e how these great evils could be.) With tenderness and generosity, I pleaded for the poor priests of the Church. My Son said:

(Our Lord to St. Joseph): 'My Father, My zealous apostles, My priests, will have a share of consolation, however, they will suffer since they are the pillars of the Church. BUT WOE TO HIM WHO WILL MOUNT THE ALTAR WITH A CONSCIENCE VEILED, WOE TO HIM WHOSE HEART WILL BE ON FIBRE TO THE RIGHT AND THE OTHER TO THE LEFT!'

I argued ABOUT THIER APOSTASTY and my Son said:

'THAT'S WHAT GIVE ME THE MOST PAIN! To see those in the priesthood apostatize, who were dedicated to My service! My father, when all these infamies HAVE SPREAD ACROSS THE  WORLD, the earth will be in the biggest scandal.'

I pleaded for unfortunate France and my Son said:

'My father, I see France in a terrible ugliness. She is so dirty that no source (i.e. font / spring) could wash it.'

(St. Jospeh): My children, my son called France: 'the flood of iniquity.' Despite His curses, my Son accords the gift of protection to several families who are charitably behaved in faith and gratitude for divine grace. They will be protected, but they will flee, like me when I fled to Egypt.”

Marie-Julie Jahenny: “But, Saint Joseph, we do not have Egypt, not us.”

St. Joseph: “Brittany will be (your) Egypt. I also spoke strongly in favour of religious communities and behold, my children, my Son's word:

'All these cloisters, these places of peace, will suffer much and from them will issue a large number of martyrs. Those who set traps in My Church will pursue after the cloistered souls.'

“My children,” adds St. Joseph, “PLAGUES OF ALL SORTS ARE RESERVED FOR THE EARTH. Plagues and calamities will come with this time. To indicate mortality, in some places, they will place the pall on the Church! It will be that CORRUPTION AND LAWLWSSNESS WILL ISSUE FROM THESE PLAGUES.

I warn, since my Son orders it. My children, in these next few years, there will be extraordinary phenomena. You must be warned so that you may be without fear. My son told me:

'Father, to you I entrust these revelations, let them be made known to My people.'

There will be IN THE THUNDER SOMETHING STRANGE.

There will be LIGHNING WITHOUT THUNDER: FOR HALF A DAY, THE EARTH WILL BE COVERED.

These extraordinary signs will NOT come from my Son, (i.e they are not of a supernatural origin, but still natural even if stranger than normal.)

My children, do not worry, these flashes will do you no harm, but they will reach others. It must be that the power of my Son is manifested in a noisy manner, since UNBELIEF IS SO GREAT!”

(i.e. great signs will be given to waken up a faithless generation to conversion.)

Message to the faithful on February 11, 1878:

“Never despair, (or, may you never despair), even if all collapses, if the earth was covered with fire and charcoal.”

Next messages March 9, 1878: CHASTISEMENTS

"My children, out of this cloud will come a rain so extraordinary, that the world has never yet seen and then will never see until the end of time. It will be a red rain that will remain coagulated n the earth for seven weeks. The land itself will be coagulated by this rain that will give off a poisonous breath, a smell that no one can bear.

My people will remain locked up for seven weeks. It will be difficult to leave, as the earth will fear. Thus the first storm is announced and will come true soon.

Following this storm, I will make emerge from the earth a horrible "brûlaison" (“burning”. Brûler = to burn). Christians will not stand the smell and the heat. My children, DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOORS, OR YOUR WINDOWS.

It must be that this reign of sin ends. Never has the earth and the world been in a similar condition. It must end, (sin and evil) or every soul will be lost!”

Text continued: "The Lord will repopulate the earth with seedlings that will grow up and go to the last generation, that is to say, those who are reserved to see the end of time."

Our Lord: "My children, some time before these sinister signs are seen on the Earth, they (everyone) WILL ALREADY FEEL IN THE HEART THE EFFECT OF MY JUSTICE, it will be that the heart will say 'the time is not far away'. (i.e. an interior warning.)

BUT THE GRACE OF PEACE is reserved FOR FAITHFUL CHRISTIANS, those who HAVE NOT DISREGARDED THE WARNINGS OF HEAVEN and WILL CONFORM THIER LIVES (TO THEM).”

Prophecy of a future pope during this time, possibly the Angelic Pontiff:

"The pains, tortures, contempt, he will receive all. They (his enemies) will even take him to the stone of the first pontiff.

They will say to him ´Renounce your faith! Leave us at liberty!´ But his faith will be firm and  constant. It is I who will give this pontiff. Pray for him who shall see with his eyes a fierce  revolution! Until death, his hand will hold the Cross and will not let it go. 

Pray, I beg you, pray! For the Faith and Religion are being trampled under the feet of these criminals.”

#44 - Prophecy of the Papacy - A Pope in Prison

 

(September 17, 1877)

Marie-Julie Jahenny:

"At the foot of the mountain, in a rock, I see a solitary prison where is locked away a whitehaired old man whose face is shining. He wears a cross on his chest. Jesus receives and embraces him. He dries his tears and said, “For a long time you bear the cross, but soon I will return all your rights and your freedom!"

Note: There are no other details given with this text, but it could be a vision describing Marie-Julie's time as well as doubling as a future prediction.

On Septmber 20, 1870,the the armed forces of the Kingdom of Italy captured Rome. Blessed Pope PIus IX, the longest reigning pope from 1846-1878, (and who had white hair as mentioned in the vision), suffered the final loss of the Papal States that until then belonged to the Church for a millenia. Their loss was a tremendous blow.

In order not to show official acceptance of the government of the Kingdom of Italy over Rome, Bl. Pius IX called himself 'The Prisoner of the Vatican' and refused to leave it, a practise which was continued for the next 59 years by successive pontiffs in order to show their non-accaptance of this usurpation of the Papal States eventhough they were not forcibly imprisoned by the Italian army.

Following the example set by Bl. Pius IX, successive popes during these 59 years also refused to appear at Saint Peter's Square or at the balcony of the Vatican Basilica facing it, as the square in front of the Basilica was occupied by Italian troops. The 'Prisoner Popes' granted the Urbi et Orbi blessings from a balcony facing a courtyard, or from inside the Basilica, and Papal Coronations were instead held at the Sistine Chapel. The period ended in 1929, when the Lateran Treaty created the modern state of Vatican City.

Marie-Julie's vision could have been a prophecy of the formation of Vatican City in 1929, restoring the rights and freedoms of the papacy, if not yet the full Papal States.

However, it could also be a FUTURE PROPHECY about the ANGELIC PONTIFF and the full restoration of the Papal States as other mystics related a future pope will be held captive at the Vatican and the Great Monarch will release him when he comes to restore peace in Italy, which will also suffer from civil war. Once the Angelic Pontiff is released, he will crown the King Holy Roman Emperor.

#22 France: Eldest Daughter of the Church in a Tomb - Our Lady will Declare the Time of Victory

Marie-Julie Jahenny sees allegorical visions of France as the Eldest Daughter of the Church. The visions are prophecies of France's corruption, its future restoration and victorious RESURRECTION.

 

April 19, 1875: A vision of France.

"Marie-Julie is transported to an arid and desolate desert in the middle of confused darkness. Before her is a tomb, that of France. A foul smell rose from it which prevented one from approaching it. All of a sudden there is a bright light and Jesus Christ descends, opens the tomb, leans over the corpse and takes it in His arms, gently, as Saint Joseph used to take the Child Jesus. France wakes up and the Saviour speaks to her lovingly, in a language fragrant with divine ardour of the Canticle of Canticles. He promises her in the near future blessings, glories and triumphs that will surpass all the past victories because she weeps for her faults, for which she repents and she throws herself lovingly into the Sacred Heart. Then Jesus covers her again and disappears."

May 4, 1875: Another vision of the "Tomb" of France:

"France has come out of the tomb. She stands still in front of Jesus Christ who smiles at her tenderly. She is enveloped in a long black shroud, which represents her crimes. Jesus Christ divests her of it up to her chest. He covers her head with a veil that is dazzlingly white, then He tears from His Heart a flowering lily and plants it in the heart of the resurrected one."

May 19, 1875.

"Marie-Julie sees France, Daughter of Jesus Christ, having almost reached the last degree of the Throne of which He was seated. Her black shroud had fallen away completely, the Saviour put it under His feet and France was at once adorned in a white cloak covered with golden lilies which enveloped her from head to feet."

May 24, 1875: A detailed vision of France's deliverance.

"Marie-Julie saw Jesus Christ seated on a resplendent throne. Near Him, was His Mother. France presents herself all dressed in white and lilies. She is already crowned, but not yet with the Great Crown which will be given her only at the time of her salvation. From her heart issued the lily that Jesus Christ had placed. She was covered in flowers, Amongst these flowers was one which shone more and was more dazzling. France climbed the steps to the throne. Our Lady was praying, smiling and weeping! Her Divine Son then cries out He is conquered, that He cannot resist, that He forgets and forgives:

 "From now on it is up to thee, My Mother, to thee alone, to command and fix the hour of the Victory of thy beloved Daughter!" 

And taking from His Heart a drop of Blood and a tear from the eyes of Our Lady, He placed this mysterious mixture in the big flower of the heart of France. 

At the right of the throne the Pope (The Holy Angelic Pontiff to come) was kneeling. Jesus Christ calls him and names him "His dear son”. He makes him climb next to Him, then He says to him: "You have suffered enough, it is time you were consoled and that your enemies disappear so that your glory reigns sovereign in the universe." The Pope in tears and pressed against the Heart of his Master, exclaims he does not merit such a reward, that he is unworthy of such splendour. At the left of the Throne was the King. (The promised Great Catholic Monarch.) He climbs in his turn, but a little less high than the Pope, and he too receives the divine promises. He is the beloved son of the Virgin and he will reign with his flag, symbol of purity and glory. (That is to say, the white flag with lilies.) Meanwhile, all the great saints who protect France were hovering around. In the first row Saint Michael, in his armour, seemed to be waiting proudly the hour of battle against evil."

June 15, 1875: Vision about the King to come

"The King is brought by Our Lady, who will love him as her Son because of his innocence. He appears as Sovereign, crowned in grandeur in the shadow of the folds of his flag. After awhile, the scene changed and was completed. France follows her egitimate Head, walks resting on the Heart of the Virgin and her small crown changes into a diadem of victory. The Sacred Heart joins Mary to assure her of His Love and to announce once again that He would conquer His enemies with unequalled triumph. "France is saved!" Marie-Julie keeps repeating. The good friends of the Sacred Heart are grouped in large crowds behind France, preceded by all the Saints who protect the Eldest Daughter of the Church."

#20 Great Monarch - King in Exile

Ecstasy dated December 31, 1874:

“A King who has not tarnished his crown and who lived far away in exile, who has been waiting for Mary. He has been previously chosen by his Mother.  He had vowed to belong (to her.) And the whole of France will rise again and come out of its captivity. He will revive the Church and deliver the Holy Father.” (Prophecy of the Great Catholic Monarch).

Ecstasy dated January 19, 1875. Our Lord declared:

"The foreign powers will have, them also, terrible punishments.” (Meaning, the chastisements will not only fall upon France and Italy, they will be widespread before the Restoration occurs.)

#17 Liberation of the Angelic Pontiff - France First

Ecstasy dated December 6, 1874. 

 Marie-Julie Jahenny sees a vision of Our Lady and Our Lord.  They comfort the Angelic Pontiff to come, this vision is in reference to the future Triumph of her Immaculate Heart and the Reign of the Sacred Heart in France. The Angelic Pontiff will be set free by the Great Monarch after he delivers France from its enemies.

Our Lady: “My son, suffer with patience. (The Holy Angelic Pontiff to come). Soon I will bless your chains and get you out of great trials and thorns that invade you, because you will be wrapped in the lily (i.e. the Great Monarch, and the princes of the lily). My son, long enough have you lived in chains in the middle of slander and persecution, it is time I break these chains and I destroy the temple of the infidels that surround you. My son, here is My Heart that comes to save you from the hands of barbarians and will confound them all. I come to give you a most glorious throne where you will reign until your death.”

And the Blessed Virgin added:

“My Divine Son will deliver you, but by me. My son be consoled, the time of your deliverance is near. Know that I will triumph in France before yours, (I.e, before the Papal City).”

The Holy Father smiled. Our Lady said:

“Be consoled, my son, soon France will come out of her coffin; you too are buried in a tomb, but France will rise again and after it will be your resurrection.  Intercede for the French, only the French will deliver you and a few select groups of foreigners with them.” (i.e. the allies of the Great Monarch).

The Holy Father spoke and said to the Sacred Heart:

“I beg you, say, what prayers should be said for France?”

Our Lord replied:

“Pray, only after the triumph, the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Mary will reveal the prayers of thanksgiving you ought to say!”

#12 Angelic Pontiff Prophecy recorded by Abbé David

Ecstasy dated August 25, 1874. 

Text written by Abbé David, Marie-Julie Jahenny's first spiritual director, a prophecy about the Angelic Pontiff to come who is destined to restore the Church.  This short text is an obvious reference to his rescue by the Great Catholic Monarch of France and the days of his triumph in Rome:




"The Holy Father will have false friends in the days of his triumph. This triumph will be held immediately after that of France.”

 About Abb'e David:  Pitre-Hervé David was born in 1829 in a family of sailors, Croisic in Loire Atlantique. He was appointed vicar at Blain in 1865. Everyone loved this devoted and energetic priest. He knew Marie-Julie and became her confessor long before the first apparitions.

When the apparitions took place in 1873 and the stigmata was prophesied, Abbé David continued to inform his Bishop, Monsignor Fournier.  In view of these events, the greatest circumspection was necessary, in fact they had to know: were they dealing with God or with Satan?

Far from being blamed by Heaven for this mistrust, this holy priest would be judged worthy to be associated intimately with the atonement of Marie-Julie and elevated to the rank of First Victim, he would also be designated as her spiritual director.

(From the ecstasies, we discover hints that Abbé David shared in Marie-Julie's sufferings, becoming a victim soul by having been granted the title 'First Victim' in the mission to spread the great work of the Holy Cross at La Fraudais.)

These glorious titles given to him, First Victim and Director, be retained, even after his removal from La Fraudais by the Capitular Vicars at the death of Monseigneur Fournier in 1877. Abbé David was then appointed to the parish of Le Pin where he died on May 9, 1885, not without having been warned beforehand by Marie-Julie. There were two miracles that occured at his grave that were not not formally recorded."

Later, the "Friends of Marie-Julie Society" discovered texts among their files revealing one of these two miracles: a paralised child was brought to his grave and was healed immediately.

Our Lady later revealed to Marie-Julie in August 1883 that Fr. David was a great saint and that she would work many miracles through him regarding the Great work of the Cross. (What is the Great Work of the Cross? Click here.)

#4 Prayers to Deliver France and the Angelic Pontiff - the Arrival of the Great Monarch HENRY V

Ecstasy dated March 25, 1874. 

 
Marie Julie: “The Virgin told me much of France and the Holy Pontiff and had recommended three prayers for France to recite every day three times a day: a Magnificat, a Ave Maris Stella and a Stabat Mater. He (the Holy Pontiff) will throw himself on his knees, and beg her to cast her eyes to heaven. Our Lady will deliver him by a King who will save him and govern for a long time, and She said we do not ask enough for that King, (i.e the Great Catholic Monarch of ancient prophecy) and we do not beg enough that he may be accorded to us.  She named him Henry V, and recommended us to pray much to Saint Michael."

Observation: Our Lady reveals the prayers that will help deliver France (and Italy?) when they are under seige. Judging from the text, the prayers will help hasten the arrival of the Great Monarch and the deliverance of the Angelic Pontiff, but we must pray and beg for the arrival of the King, especially to St. Michael.  Of interest the last King of France of the Bourbon line, Henri V, the Count of Chambord, was born on St. Michael's Day.  See also "Marie-Julie Jahenny and the "Great Catholic Monarch" Prophecies ~ Henry V The Miracle Child is the Chosen One"
