#212 Continuation: Sanctuary of the Cross – Prophecies: Marie-Julie Jahenny will be Incorrupt – No One Will be Killed during the Construction of the Sanctuary – Members of Her Family Will Also Die before the Work Starts

 

 

 

Continuation of the Sanctuary of the Cross revelations taken from various dates and times.

(May 4, 1877)

Our Lord: “I break the tip of the thorns, My Victim . Do you know why the small white flowers bear so many graces (where) they flower? There will be no hindrance in these graces. At your death, the Cross, at your resurrection, a great establishment. Already the three victims have made a long (extensive?) work. Others will join them with tears of joy and happiness. (i.e. this seems to refer to Marie-Julie, her father confessor Fr. David who was also a victim soul, and to one other person who was the beginning of Marie-Julie's mission. Others will follow in the work of the Cross.)

Our Lord: “Tell My servant from Me that your sleep in the breast of your mother earth will not be long.” (i.e. this seems to be a direction to tell her father confessor that she would not be long laid in the earth after her death.)

The Divine Father (God the Father):

“O My Son, You have thought of the new Mission of the Cross that will be established among the troubles of the storm. I also hope to have a small part in the Mission of the Cross.

My Son, You will have a large number of works, I want them under My guard. I will cooperate in this mission.”

Our Lord (to Marie-Julie):

“Since I have started a great mission and that I have revealed My secret for four years, I have marked this little corner of My gifts. To show that you are all of Me, I will protect your body even in the breast of the earth.” (A prophecy Marie-Julie's body will be incorrupt?)

(May 8, 1877) – Marie -Julie Jahenny is the simple country child Our Lord has chosen for this Mission of the Cross. He visited other souls and found them wanting before He chose Marie-Julie for the work.

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “Here, where you are, will be found the source of the Cross. The walls of your cell will fall, the stones will be transported; new stones will build Me a Sanctuary and there, will remain humility and poverty. Hear the names of My Victims and of the Sanctuary of the Cross. My Ministers dedicated to the Cross will begin this great mission, they will be called the Fathers of the Resurrection of the Crucifix (or, the Fathers of the Crucifix of Resurrection depending on how this is translated). This here is the source of My graces, the source of My Cross. This is where My Cross will rise by a simple country child. Oh! If your family knew / the designs I have over her, as she is modest and restrained in all; How she acts towards everyone with prudence. If the villagers knew the value of your poor cottage.

I intended to do a Work through the Cross. I visited many souls; I saw their frivolity, two doors opened, one for Me, the other for Satan. And I left them.

I spoke to you, it will be your house for the Sanctuary, one of the most revered of the century. I can give a great blessing to this land. The earth that you did trample, will be trampled by very respectable people who have trodden well the ground of Rome where the Pope lives. My Victims are not disquieted about from where will come their support. I will provide everything, I will send them the treasures that come from My Adorable Hands. My victims will lack nothing. They are like your family, they will not have gold but grace that is the richest of treasures.

When that Sanctuary will rise, already there will be several members of your family that will follow you. (i.e. members of Marie-Julie's family will also have passed away before the Sanctuary is built.) Your family will leave this roof: This place will belong to the Cross.

Later, little brothers and little sisters will take shelter under the wing of the Cross. It will be their education and their salvation! The Cross will come upon the earth when the Dove (Holy Spirit) will be sated with persecutions. Dove, you were chosen by Me. When My Cross will be as light as a breath, you will spread your wings and you will carry it in solitude, and this solitude will be changed into a place well frequented.”

(October 27, 1877)

St. Margaret Mary said to Marie-Julie: “Little Sister, Heaven can be bought only by suffering.”

Then Our Lord added: “The Work of My Cross is beautiful and great. Also, it will rise in glory. It is powerful and immense, it will quickly follow the Work of the Sacred Heart.”

The next text starts with a note from the “Friends of Marie-Julie Association”. It was foretold the Sanctuary would have a path leading to it with fourteen stations of the Cross, and it appears some local priests were wondering how the fourteenth station would be laid out or place. It appears this vision told them.

(The Association): In the ecstasy of February 9, 1878, collected by Mr. Hermary and Father Guitteny, pastor of Gâvre, it is discussed at length the question of a cross path where the fourteenth station will be found at the Sanctuary. A few days later, Father Guitteny attended an ecstasy when there was still a question on the Sanctuary. When the ecstasy finished, the priest of Gâvre described the plan of the future Sanctuary on the indications of Marie-Julie:

“Here we are, My children, in this boat of the Cross.(i.e., Our Lord shows the symbolical image of a boat, possibly an 'ark' representing His Sacred Heart)

This is the entrance to the Sanctuary; here is where I have raised for you a large house of love, contrition, conversion. To the right of us you will see the chosen Victims to conduct this Work through the pitfalls.

My children, do not be surprised if the trials are large, it is (because) the Work is great. This is where I want to live among you. This Sanctuary will cost much, but it will not cost anyone's life.” (i.e., no one will be killed while working on its construction.)

Our Lord then addressed the first victim (i.e. one of the victim souls connected with this work) and said:

“Rest on My Heart, give me your mind /spirit and tell Me how your faith has grown.”

Our Lord puts him on His Heart, His Chalice of Love, saying again:

“You have drunk many times that bitter cup, tell Me, first Victim, that which you said to My Heart in that deep silence when your tears flow.”

The first Victim responds (apparently Marie-Julie as she is the foremost victim in the work is often referred to as the 'victim'.):

“My sweet Jesus, my heart has a sweet repose. I thank You and accept Your Heart, anything that You want.”

Our Lord continues:

“Love will now be her rest, her gentleness, her life in all her pains.”

The first Victim is rising, Love has awakened her heart, all her troubles are forgotten.”

#211 – Continuation: Sanctuary of the Cross Visions – A Secret Revealed: The Foundation Stone Blessed by Bl. Pius IX - The Mission of the Cross will be a 'Second Calvary' Constructed during Great Suffering

 

     

    Again, various quotations from various ecstasies featuring revelations about the future Sanctuary of the Cross that will be constructed on the site of Marie-Julie Jahenny's cottage. It will be a great site of pilgrimage, healing and conversions. There are other revelations also here, such as predictions of her death, and also the growth of her Mission of the Cross before and after her death. There is also a secret revealed regarding the foundation stone of the sanctuary.

(January 5, 1877)

“The Cross will one day be the mark (i.e., the sign, emblem) of the Mission in the house that you live. The cross will be simple but the Divine Heart will be engraved with the crown of thorns. The fountain, and on the other side, there will be the cross with Jesus Christ crucified. My victim, your house will be called the Rest of the Cross, the Sanctuary of the Cross, the Shrine of Remission. Later, I will tell you another name that is confused with them, that will form the true name of this place.” (i.e. the real name of the Sanctuary will be revealed later.)

(January 12, 1877) – Marie-Julie seems to predict where her body will be taken after her death, ad tot he cross that will be placed in the shrine.

Marie-Julie: “The white doves will take off and go fluttering along the creek. It is there also that my poor body will pass. (After her death?) The Cross will remain in my place by the stream.”

(NOTE: this seems to refer to the cross that will be placed on the site after her death – Our Lord promised in the earlier visions the cross that was in her cell would be a graced sacramental and would bring graces to sinners after her death.)

(January 19, 1877) - Our Lord reveals Marie-Julie will not live to see the Restoration of the Faith in France, the Age of Peace, or event he Construction of the Sanctuary. This will happen after her death.

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “Do you know how (many) hours of existence (you have) yet?” (i.e., how long she has still left on earth.) I will tell you but later. You, you will not see the beautiful times of France. You will not see the beautiful cross that My Heart has blessed, nor the sanctuary of which I have drawn the plans, nor the altar, nor that tabernacle where I will rest and where I will leave to give Myself to sinners. (i.e. in Holy Communion). You will not see the long work of your Father (confessor) in the modest house where you lived and suffered. You will go to heaven.

Mary plants fourteen crosses on the way; she will rest at the fourteenth cross before reaching the fountain. Fourteen good angels bearing a cross blessed by the Eternal Father. From there will come the blessings for the other's cross.

(NOTE: Marie-Julie is told she will not live to see the Sanctuary built. The 14 crosses – seems to be a symbolic vision of several things. First, of Marie-Julie Jahenny's 'Holy Novitiate of the Cross' in which she rose to spiritual perfection through 14 steps through various lessons given to her by the saints, several of which are already posted on this blog. Click here to learn more about the 'Novitiate of the Cross.'  We also see symbolic 14 stations used to describe the growth of her mission on earth, up to the time of her death, and afterwards.)

(January 26, 1877)

Marie-Julie: “Before my prayer at the cross, I have a secret first.

At the foot of a cross, Jesus said:

'My Victim, it is here that is the cross of your Father. (i.e. her spiritual director, possibly Fr David.) He will sit from morning until noon and beyond to hear the confessions of wretched sinners (to the right of the cross). This is the place of your heart.

The first time, he will sit there with a heart full of sadness. It will be a test so strong that if I did not intervene, he would be discouraged and abandon the Work of the Cross. After, he will overflow with joy and consolation.

The Mission of the Cross will be maintained by fourteen Fathers of the Church. The works will still be numerous, because in the beginning they will be only five. The number fourteen will be the definitive and final number. The first stone (foundation stone?) of the Sanctuary of the Cross will be blessed by Pius IX. The Bishop and your Father (confessor) will go to Rome. They will bear a small stone as big as a hand. Your Father will find here, under his consecrated hand, this chosen stone. (That) your Father will mark this secret. The Bishop with present it to the Holy Father who will bless it. A tear will run from his eyes. He will say:

'Oh! My lord, how happy you are to have a Sanctuary dedicated to the Cross and to have been chosen by the Almighty God.'

Then, turning affectionately to your Father, he will add:

'O you, a friend of the Cross, you have a chosen place in heaven, by God first, and the men who have made it for you embellish it by persecution and slander.'

The Holy Father will turn again to the Bishop and say:

'O my lord, you are a Saint Michael on Earth, you bring down to Hell, the demons bent under your consecrated hand.'

The Holy Father gives a special blessing to the Bishop and my Father. He said:

'I know by Providence that after the peace, I will bless France, I will return to the Sanctuary of the Cross and there I call the blessings of Heaven.'

He told them a secret, inspired by the Sacred Heart: There will come here another foreign Prelate to help the Bishop in preaching. Our Lord said to me:

'He had come to inform the Holy Father, a secret over (about) France.'

(NOTES/ OBSERVATIONS: this is an interesting revelation that could have what was occurring at the time mixed with future revelations about the Sanctuary of the Cross. Marie-Julie said Our Lord gave her a secret just then – first, that her father confessor, I.e. apparently Fr. David, would suffer much in trying to promote the work and hear confessions, but then consolation would come. This could refer to the initial obstacles faced by him and the supporters of Marie-Julie at the time when slander began to spread against her and the Work, but this would be overcome. In fact, Fr. David her confessor was accused at one time of inventing the 'fraud' of Marie-Julie and was the one responsible for 'inventing' her 'claims' of mysticism!

Then, if I am reading the context of this vision correctly, Marie-Julie was shown a secret regarding the foundation stone of the Sanctuary. Her Father confessor was shown the first stone he was to take to the Bishop to have it blessed as the foundation stone of the Sanctuary of the Cross. It was somewhere on the site of the cottage or near it, and, it was as big as a hand. Her father confessor was to mark the secret, i.e. possibly record the event, (he did note down several of her early ecstasies). Then the Bishop would take the small stone from the site to Rome be blessed by Bl Pius IX. It was revealed to Marie-Julie that Pius IX would approve this sanctuary, bless the stone, and that it was Providentially revealed to the Pope he would bless France during the Age of Peace and would come to the Sanctuary. It was then revealed to Marie-Julie that Pius IX was given a secret revealed by the Sacred Heart – that a foreign Prelate would come to the Sanctuary to help the Bishop and that the prelate had come to give the Pope a secret regarding France.

Not all of this is clear, but as this vision is dated January 1877, the Bishop who takes the stone has to be Bishop Fournier who first approved her visions – he was bishop during the pontificate of Pius IX which lasted between 1846-1878. Bishop Fournier travelled to Rome and brought the case of Marie-Julie before the Holy See in 1877. Apparently, if I recall some information from French website, he was praised in how he handled her case.

In all, Marie-Julie was given a secret regarding what happened during that papal audience. Marie-Julie seems to have revealed that Bishop Fournier took the foundation stone for the Sanctuary to be blessed by Pius IX, although we don't know where it is yet, at least I have not heard or seen mention of it by the 'Marie-Julie Jahenny Association' in France. From this text it seems Bl. Pius IX approved of the Work of the Cross in private at least.

However, what can we make of the detail Pius IX received the heavenly inspiration he would visit the Sanctuary? Of interest I've discovered Marie-Julie revealed Bl. Pius IX was NOT the Angelic Pontiff who would bring the restoration and the Age of Peace. Since he was not the predestined Angelic Pontiff, the Age of Peace has not come yet and the Sanctuary is not yet built, we can assume this particular text is a prediction that Bl Pius IX will miraculously appear at some point, perhaps at the site sometime in the future. Perhaps he will indicate where the hidden foundation stone is and where it is to be laid? So far, that is my personal educated guess.)

(March 14, 1877)

Marie-Julie - “I saw the first tests against the construction of the Sanctuary of the Cross, but that will not last long. They will be quickly dispersed.”

Our Lord: “Hurry to come and receive your reward in Heaven. The blessings of Heaven will fall on this small corner of land that I have blessed and prepared. I will raise up a Sanctuary of the Cross in solitude among the trees.”

(April 6, 1877)

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “The time has come when it is necessary that the Mission of the Cross begins. As soon as I have spoken, the difficulties will be removed. In a few years from now, there will be at the location of your cell, a beautiful sanctuary of the Cross where the pilgrims and the sinners will flock. Who can make such a beautiful Work but I, the Almighty God who have spoken so often in your heart on this lowly earth? My victim in the Mission of the Cross, I will begin by giving a small number of Victims of the Cross, the Fathers of the Church. When the sanctuary will be standing and the cross marks the entry, I will choose the required number. It is I who am the Architect. In your village, I received much ingratitude; this lowly earth will feed only on dry and arid hearts that knew only blasphemies and outrages. I always choose places where there is an ungrateful people. If souls were good Christians, they would have seen this lowly village filled with water which would have suggested they say "God is there." Men will witness this heavenly grace that will appear in this sanctuary. They will recognize the effect of My great power. I will bless your village and the surrounding lands that will be preserved from the plagues and the wrath of Heaven.”

(April 20, 1877)

Our Lady: “My child, here is the planting of the new Calvary.”

Our Lady prayed and wept. She joined her hands to heaven and said:

Heavenly Father, bless this land covered with mud and sins; This is where will be planted the new cross and the Second Passion of My Son.

My child, if I could with my tears, dig to plant the new Calvary.”

Our Lady falls to her knees and wept with such abundance that the earth did not move forward to drink the tears of my mother.

“I am so exhausted,” She said, “that I fear of expiring before having brought my hand to dig this land and to plant this cross. Let us both get to work, let us dig this wretched land to plant the cross.”

Our Lady blessed me and I began to dig.

(NOTE: 'fear of expiring'.  Since Our Lady blessed her to dig, and, Marie-Julie was speaking, it is possible it was Marie-Julie who feared to expire before the work of the Mission had a chance to get started since her death was foretold to her several times and a scribe could have incorrectly dictated who the 'she' was in this text. Sometimes the scribes had to work fast to try and write everything Marie-Julie said – also, some things could be misread if the scribe was sloppy in their dictation. Sometimes there are text gaps due to this. Also, there were problems regarding some of the texts in that shorthand was used, and people are still trying to figure out what was written down. So, this could be a typo.

Or, as the Mission of the Cross is described mystically as a 'New Calvary' and 'Second Passion' happening on earth, Our Lady could be referring to a mystical or symbolical meaning form of 'expiring' as we know She cannot die twice.

Perhaps Our Lady is experiencing mystical pain for the earth at at that point that she felt sorrow unto that like a 'death' as if experiencing Calvary all over again, and was 'exhausted' trying to keep the wrath of God from striking the earth before the Mission had a chance to begin. We see her indicate that her tears of sorrow were so abundant the earth could not absorb them, but yet were not enough to 'dig' the foundations of the Mission of the Cross. It would require even more effort. Below we see she tells Marie-Julie the promised Works of the Cross will begin when men rebel against God and the Church, so the Mission will grow through huge trials and sufferings on earth, like a 'second' Calvary.)

(1st May 1877)

Our Lord: “My victim, I come with My Cross because it is here that I founded My promise. It is in this little house that this new devotion will be restored. The Cross will serve as a shelter for sinners, homeless orphans and the poor hearts. When I made you this promise, it was already in March, four years ago.”

Marie-Julie: “I did not understand.”

Our Lord: “I am telling you: do you accept My nails? You answered me, yes. By espousing My sufferings you espouse the Cross. The Cross will call your home and your home will call the Mission.”

Our Lady said: “The Cross will take birth in perilous times. The works of the Cross will commence when men begin to rebel against Jesus. Soon the pilgrims will be near the spiritual Father of the Church. No sooner will they go out that men will cry against God and the Church, a true day of scourges.”

Our Lord: “My victim, listen, My cross has been for you a treasure of graces and lights, it will rest one day in this small corner of land I have chosen and blessed.”

#210 Continuation: Sanctuary of the Holy Cross – Graces of the Black Cross – From Simple Beginnings to a Great Site of Pilgrimage - the Sanctuary Will Rise When Religion is in Danger and the World is Corrupt – THAT MOMENT HAS ARRIVED

 

 

A continuation of text fragments of her visions regarding the future Sanctuary of the Cross that will be built on the site of Marie-Julie Jahenny's cottage in Brittany.

(October 28, 1876)

“Tell your Father (Marie-Julie's confessor) from Me that the Mission of the Cross is already started when the stormy days will groan.”

(NOTE: since this is dated from the early days of her visions, Our Lord must be saying the Mission of the Cross will already begin as soon as the persecutions begin, which happened while she was alive. She was persecuted and refused the Sacraments after the Bishop who approved her died and the diocese afterwards turned hostile and slander spread against her, that is, until Pope Leo XIII declared she had been unjustly denied the Sacraments. )

(November 10, 1876) – more revelations regarding the black cross in Marie-Julie's cell that will be placed in the Sanctuary. It will be the most blessed object there and bring about the conversion of sinners.

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “You see this cross, listen and do not forget this communication (that is) so important. When you are no longer living, this beautiful black cross must be put in your cell. It will have more power than all the other pious consecrated objects. Why the black cross? This cross will be placed in your cell and will bear the memory of you. I will replace you with the cross.

Tell your Father (confessor) from Me that, as soon as this cross will be placed in your cell (your cottage), he will not be able to separate (them) and that he will have a great love for it. This cross will be a true continual miracle as it will attract hearts. It is the cross that your Father (confessor) will detach from the wall to make the most obstinate sinners embrace it.

Especially tell your Father that he note all the graces granted by the black cross. It came out of My Divine Heart and will remain there until the end of your life. To mark it, I will put a drop of My Divine Blood in the middle. I will put a name on this precious and powerful cross. Look:

'Cross of the approaching Mission for the conversion of sinners. By the Passion and the Cross.'

He hides it in His Divine Heart.

(November 17, 1876)

(Our Lord) “I will make you see the construction of this house of charity to place as a shelter for poor sinners and which will be so great a consolation for Me.

I have favoured (it), I have blessed this land, I have sanctified it, because this here is the house of sinners. It will be here that the great Mission of the Cross will be founded. Tell your Father that the Work (the house of charity desired by Father David her confessor) will certainly be made.

(Next, there seem to be a prophecy regarding the early days of the future shrine and its miraculous spring that will come forth in a field. 'Five sinners' will discover it. Our Lord has chosen the village and indicates a road. Then shows the future growth of the great Sanctuary from this site.)

 

See the graces that My Divine Heart will give you at the foot of the Cross. I dug a little fountain of love, it is to wash your souls, your sins, your crimes. You will receive forgiveness. Sinners, you will be directed to a very narrow path, at the back of a field where the few trees are its ornament. The following year, I will pass by the path and I will indicate the village that I haven chosen, that I blessed in My first passing, I have left the Cross. I, the Sacred Heart, I lead the way, I will make you a main road where you will pass freely because this path will be blessed, I will pour my graces.”

The Lord said to five sinners;

“Go present yourselves to the priest.”

“Lord, where will we find him?”

Our Lord: “You will always find him at the foot of the Cross, at this small village I have indicated. I will be there Myself. It is I, as the fountain exhausts itself, I will replace it. It will always be the crystal clear waters of My Heart that will be in this small fountain to wash your souls.”

The five sinners say:

“Lord, let us see this hamlet.”

Our Lord: “Ascend all five to the foot of the cross, on your knees.”

They go up and Jesus shows this hamlet, the poor house of the Divine Finger of God.

Our Lord: “I am going to show you this village transformed: there, the village is changed.”

And he showed it: all the trees were gone. The house no longer existed, and instead, He made them see a beautiful sanctuary that the love of His Divine Heart and the Cross had done to work His graces and miracles. He showed a road, one on the right, one on the left of the sanctuary, filled with a crowd of pilgrims.

This was only the beginning of the sanctuary done, the placing of the tabernacle and the altar, behind which stood the large black cross and (the) white (one). (I.e. refers to a white cross presented to Marie-Julie as seen in earlier visions.) The black is founded in the thickness of the cross. On both sides of the tabernacle there was on the wall, to the right, a large crucifix, Jesus on the Cross, and on the left the picture where Jesus shows His Heart torn and His four other wounds to sinners.

Up to there, here is all the ornamentation of the beginning of the Shrine of the Cross. Later, Our Lord showed them the rich offerings made to Monsignor (the Bishop) and my Father (confessor) for this chapel. The completion is done quickly. It will not cost the Bishop and Father, but their mental work, construction supervision and care of collection and giving thanks. Noble characters, drawn by the love of the Cross, will make wonderful gifts. At the beginning of the Mission there will be

many persecutions, not only for the location of the sanctuary, but also for the selection of missionaries, they (the persecutions) will be terrible but very short.

(December 29, 1876) – visions regarding the lands, the limits and the roads leading to the Sanctuary

Our Lord said to Marie-Julie:

“I will give you the plans for the Mission of the Cross. It is I who will be the Architect of this blessed House of the Cross. I will come to section the land and to the limits, it is you who will cast the first foundations. I will bless the first time and I will choose a holy and consecrated hand, powerful in the world. I will place around the four corners roads that will join up to the House of the Croix, four crosses with this writing:

 

 

'In this place, I have showed My power, go there. Come see My Mercy.'

Between these four paths, I will make a fifth opening, a path for each of My wounds. This path is reserved for you, you will pass the first, since you have so often trodden the earth of the road. You will pass also your chosen friends. Other roads will be trampled by pilgrims who will adore My Divine Heart on the Cross. Know, My friend of the Cross, it is out of My Heart will come forth that transpiring water (transparent) that will dig the fountain for you to drink. If you knew how many souls are thirsty to drink from this fountain.”

“You have seen these three fountains of love. This is already the beginning of the fountain that I dig, it is the flower of graces. My victim, for many years, I have looked everywhere for a shelter, a place on earth to plant My Cross. I visited many hearts. I said:

'This is not where I will plant My Cross, it would not be safe.'

I wanted to leave on the Earth traces of the Cross, and I wanted all its power to be understood. I said;

'I will make a Sanctuary of the Cross when religion will be in danger and when the world is corrupt.'

Here, My victim the moment has arrived. It is the love of the Cross in the hearts that relieves hearts and religion, and that will make them (members of the) elect.

#209 – The Sanctuary of the Cross – More Revelations Regarding the Holy Healing Spring and Other Graces – The Mission Will One Day be Given Approval

 

 

A continuation of mixed dated texts regarding the Sanctuary of the Cross that will be constructed on the the site of Marie-Julie Jahenny's cottage in La Fraudais, Brittany.

(October 14, 1875)

Marie-Julie: Mary showed me a brilliant globe where I see water descending drop after drop. What does this water mean that is so clear, so beautiful and brilliant?

Our Lady; “This water, my child, which you will never drink, will be drunk when you are no more (i.e., after she passes away)”.

Marie-Julie: “Oh! That water is beautiful! It is the fountain of the sinner.”

(OBSERVATIONS: apparently, Marie-Julie was again shown the spring that will appear on the site and bring about healings and conversions, and seems to tell her that she will not be alive when the spring appears, which is why she will 'never drink the water')

(October 28, 1875)

The Blessed Virgin to Marie-Julie: “ When you are no more, (i.e after Marie-Julie's death), the mission will be entrusted to your Father (confessor?), it will be All Divine. The Heart of Our Lord will be there as well as His Love.”

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “My spouse, I have chosen you for a great work, but your Father (confessor?) is elected for a great mission. Some time after your death, your Bishop will tread the ground of La Fraudais, land of marvels.”

(October 29, 1875): Apparently, A Prophecy La Fraudais will be given a Great New Name in the Future

Our Lord to Marie-Julie: “The place where you reside now, where you bear My cross, will be the place where they will breathe love and generosity. Soon, I will come to send out perfume like snowflakes. This sweet smell will be the right of all hearts, righteous and sinners. When you are no more and your Father will have the key to the Mission, La Fraudais will be another distinguished name. The three names: grace, love, perfume, will be included in this designation given to the pilgrimage to this village. Your heart does not yet know the name. This will be the name of grace. Myself, I will make the revelation.”

(November 5, 1875) – Marie-Julie refers to the promise of a great Heavenly perfume will be present at the site when the sanctuary is under construction, repeats the prophecy that angels will be heard singing during the works, and that a healing spring will also appear. She sees future pilgrimages to the Sanctuary, what it will look like, and how future bishops will respond to this land of grace.

Marie-Julie: “Our Lord let the perfume out of His Heart while waiting for the great perfume that will be sensed here with the melodious song of the Angels. The sweet smell will embalm all hearts. It will be in this place that will spring the source of living water, because Our Lord with a drop of Blood will here dig the fountain of living water that will wash the hearts of sinners. To you, Father (her confessor), every time you dip your finger in the water, there will come out a little perfume, and sinners before rising to Calvary will go to the fountain.

Our Lord made me see the pilgrimage of La Fraudais; He made me see there, the Calvary (corner of her room where is found the frame (I.e picture) of Pius IX). Opposite was the Virgin Mary and around fourteen stations, in the sides, the Holy Face, St. Michael and my good angel. The pilgrims came from the north. Here I saw a picture of the Sacred Heart from which came all the wonders that I saw for three years and the appearance of my good angel and the gift of my heart, a person worshipping the Sacred Heart, then my consecration to Mary, to the Cross, my ring.

The Bishop will put up a barrier before going to the fountain. On both sides, a tableau where will be written our mission, the history of La Fraudais.

I saw a large number of bishops who said:

'It is good here, this place where Our Lord has clearly manifested His glory and power, and He shed the blessings of His Divine Heart. It is here that the Immaculate Virgin blessed the land with her maternal hand. It is here that Our Lord had said that the Earth will be rich in graces and blessings.'

Our Lord: “I close My Heart containing the Mission. I will tell you word for word what the Bishop will have to do after your death. I will explain the three words: Grace, Love, Perfume.”

(December 3, 1875) – another mystic vision of the promised healing spring.

Marie-Julie: Our Lord then came to His turn at the big flower, He said:

“Cease growing, flowers pure of perfume.”

Our Lord brought out of the calyx of the flower a fountain of water, so pure and fragrant. He said:

“Here, My spouse, the mysterious fountain of My Divine Heart. It is from My Divine Heart that will come the source of living water, it will pass in this flower that will be the fountain of grace here, one day.”

There was next to it, two trees, two flowers, that is to, the Bishop and you, my Father (her confessor) will participate in this mission. You will be the first two trees and flowers that will publish the Mission. The flowers will grow every day.”

Our Lord made me see the picture (tableau) of sinners, I saw the way descend to the source (i.e. the spring) as they will be healed. They went down by a difficult path. Near the fountain, sinners feel the grace that compelled them so strongly, as they arrived there quickly. The two are inseparable links, the Bishop and you were there and made many converts.

This place will be favoured with wonderful graces. It will be a blessed land where will come out rich harvests. No sooner will I be dead that the graces will multiply and soon the Cross will spread its blessings on the just and sinners, the large and small, on the Bishops and priests. They (will) all come running.”

( January 7, 1876) – Our Lord warns Marie-Julie he will face obstacles to her mission, those who wish to judge things and not according to God will put up the obstacles, but it will be in vain as their efforts will be brought to nothing and be forgotten.

Our Lord: “Enter, heart of My spouse, in this beautiful flower that I occupied, that I have purified and sanctified. It is I who am the fountain of love and refreshment, which will come just days before the great Mission rekindles hearts.

But first, there will be a major obstacle from the great minds who want to judge for themselves and not by the Good God. But I will descend and this flower will not wither. In the middle of the obstacle, I will speak to the hearts of men and I will show in golden letters the Mission that will be proclaimed everywhere; and the vainglory of these men will disappear in an instant. There will be no trace of their words and their projects.”

Marie-Julie: “When disappearing, Our Lord made me see a beautiful cross of dazzling whiteness:

Our Lord: “Here, My spouse, the cross where Immaculate Mary leaned to come speak to your heart still very fragile. This cross will be planted in your solitude that I so often blessed.”

Marie-Julie: He made me see my treasure of the Cross, ever closer to me, but this cross of the treasure is black.

(OBSERVATIONS: this seems to refer again to the cross Our Lady brought with her when she first appeared to Marie-Julie. Marie-Julie was shown in other visions that this cross is white and that this white cross would be represented in the future Sanctuary, however, Marie-Julie sees it at the moment as 'black', possibly because her mission of suffering is yet ahead of her and that when she is in heaven and has completed her mission on earth, it will be white.)

( February 11, 1876) – A Prediction of Marie-Julie's death.

“The spouse will soon disappear to appear in her home, in Heaven. And after this house, the cross here and the fountain will take its place. If the world knew the graces of God reserved for this Divine Mission, it would come to the foot of the cross, to search its part (in the Mission?) During the time that you have to spend on earth you will suffer from the ungrateful, but after they (will) walk in your footsteps. This place will be blessed. Here, will be the Mission.”

(OBSERVATIONS: after Mare-Julie's life of suffering and persecution from the ungrateful, they will recognise the truth of her mission and come to believe in it.)

(March 14, 1876) – Marie-Julie promises after her death she will spiritually return every Friday to the place of her room in her cottage and give heavenly help to those who come to the site of the future sanctuary. She describes the foundation stone of the Mission of the Cross which is shown to her in mystical symbols.

Marie-Julie: “I will return on Friday(s) to preach in my cell, but invisible, and in another place, a sublime grace of the servant of the Touraine. It will not be the language of the Earth. Considerable number of friends will gather to worship. And the Word was made flesh. I see, my dear Spouse, this place marked where I am going to keep in your presence.

This stone is white, carved, stone brought from heaven by my Seraphic Father (St. Francis). Our Lord has blessed it, angels surround Him. Other angels bring an open book, written in letters of gold and blood. I see signed my name at the top of the book. Tell me what that means, I see my name, 'Marie-Julie of the Crucifix'.

O Holy Spirit, enlighten me: This book will be opened before the stone, after seven months that I have slept the sleep of the righteous. Another language and then the letters of blood will be as many conversions. I will speak with those letters of gold. I will be on the side where Mary comes to visit me, to come to rest on the stone. Let me find the north side. You will guide me on the stone when you come to carve my name. Mary will sign the Mission. I am (in) the rays of the Holy Spirit that leads me on the stone. I kiss the stone (she goes there on her knees to the fountain). I embrace this water rich in grace, I see the stream flow. I will embrace the place, this will be in the source. (She kisses it, and then goes on her knees to the door of her cell). And she said

“Here the picture of the Passion, the white cross.”

She turns to the stone and of the stone where she had left the first time, where the little altar will be on which her name is engraved.

(June 21, 1876) – More revelations on the miracle spring and apparently where the tabernacle will be in the Sanctuary

Marie-Julie: “My lips touch the place where the fountain will flow and convert sinners. I will go myself back to the altar where Jesus is in the tabernacle, where He will come out to feed the sinner. Already, I adore this tabernacle that I will portray before I die. I already have the plans, for several years, this is the place. I see a beautiful painting where the sinner will go.”

(August 18, 1876)

Our Lord: “You see, My spouse, I give you your last suffering. You will leave this germ (i.e as in a seed) in your place. It is the mission of your Father confidant (confessor), Mission for sinners, a mission of reconciling broken families. This germ will overthrow the wicked and will make persecutions disappear. My spouse, thou shalt be My glory and this place will be blessed by My Sacred Heart. It is here where my servant shall glorify me.

Shortly after your death, the fruit of the mission will appear. Good shepherd, (i.e apparently a reference to a future bishop) you will feel a strong desire to do something for Me. You will be attracted by the lights of the Holy Spirit on these places, with a great number of Bishops that Heaven will call, because this is verily the land blessed by My Divine Heart. Here, they will dig a fountain to wash the heart of the sinner and you, My beloved son, with My faithful servant, who will raise his hand on the head of the sinner, saying;

'I pardon you because the Sacred Heart of Jesus led you here, where He manifests His glory.'

After the death of My spouse, they will feel so much love of the Good God on this land that the wicked will be forced to tell the truth. Yes, they will say:

'Verily, it is here that Jesus made a place for conversions.'.”

(OBSERVATIONS: apparently this is a prophecy of full approval of the Mission and the plans of the Sanctuary that will be given by a future bishop).

(August 29, 1876)

Our Lady: “At the foot of His sweet cross, Jesus made me see the victims of His love, the missionaries of the Cross. I see great difficulties and a great storm that rumbles over their heads. No sooner does the storm appear than all doubts disappear.”

(September 27, 1876)

“This little corner of land will convert the ungrateful. They do not leave without taking (with them) the softness and the graces of the Mission of the Cross. The Cross will attract blessings over France and over the entire Church.”
